Job Description

The Job

  • Organize and conduct risk management workshops to facilitate departments to identify, assess and evaluate risk events in their operations; Discuss and assess with departments on the effectiveness of existing risk mitigation measures and further risk mitigation action plan
  • Monitor the corporate key risks by regularly updating the risk indicator report and give risk alert to the departments
  • Assist in development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of the business continuity management, e.g. conduct drills on departmental business continuity plan, establish the emergency responses procedures, and assist in crisis management, etc
  • Assist Risk Manager to prepare risk reporting to the Audit Committee and board of directors; and to prepare corporate governance report and environmental, social and governance report for annual reporting

The Requirement

  • Degree holder in Risk Management, or Finance & Accounting discipline with professional qualification in either HKICPA, CIA and/ or CISA
  • Over 3 years’ working experience in risk management or internal audit, preferably in property related, food & beverage and/ or hotel industries
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
