Job Description

The Job

  • Supervise and participate in production of butchery, hot and cold dishes, display platter and arrangements
  • Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure complying to HACCP standards and maintain high
  • Request food items based on checking function sheets, event orders, daily menu and reservation
  • Assist with providing on-the-job training to subordinates
  • Keep working areas, cooking utensils, tools and machinery in good condition
  • Ensure that food prepared is in compliance with prescribed specifications
  • To maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to the HACCP standards

The Requirement

  • Tertiary in education level
  • Over 6 years of related experiences in kitchen operations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attentive to details
