Job Description

The Job

  • Ensure efficient purchase including but not limited to Printing items, F&B items, General Supplies and Inventory items, etc
  • Prepare documentation of relevant purchasing activities including price comparisons, tenders and market price surveys
  • Assist in coordination of all product and purchase specifications from respective user departments
  • Conduct interview as required by Procurement Manager with suppliers’ representatives to obtain information, specifications and quotations and to negotiate to the best advantage of the Group
  • Follow up outstanding orders to ensure on-time delivery of required products
  • Maintain and update a library of catalogues, samples and price lists

The Requirement

  • Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in purchasing field
  • Proficient in MS office application, experience in Oracle e-Pro is preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
