Job Description
The Job
- Work under the supervision of his/her manager
- Report all guest complaints and Maintain the high employees service standard, in order to achieve highest customer satisfaction of guest service & banquet service
The Requirement
- Be service-oriented, efficient, pleasant and courteous to guests
- Good in English and Cantonese
- Be obedient to instructions and willing to learn
