Job Description

The Job
  • Review recipes cost in Hotel F&B operations
  • Responsible for cost related analysis and communicate with relevant parties
  • Prepare month-end closing journal for costing
  • Handle monthly stocktaking and conduct spot check for high value food items
The Requirement
  • Higher Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year's accounting experience, preferable in F&B industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in Oracle system is a plus
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
