Job Description

The Job
  • Verify and reconcile the revenue for food & beverage outlets and investigate any discrepancies
  • Validate promotion, events, and discount offers; prepare revenue vouchers and monthly reports
  • Review recipe, actual and standard cost details, and POS key application form
  • Prepare monthly costing reports
  • Participate in month-end closing and stock take
  • Liaise with various departments for operation matters
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
The Requirement
  • Diploma in Accounting or above, with LCCI level 3 is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year's accounting/income audit/costing experience, experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Accounting systems/POS is an advantage
  • Proactive, willing to learn, detail-minded and good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate availability is preferable
