Job Description

The Job
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure high quality of guest service
  • Monitor team performance, reinforcing service standards through consistent monitoring and hands-on coaching

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Report market trends and competitor analysis to manager to support strategic planning and promotional initiatives
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by superiors
The Requirement
  • Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations
    • `
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mentality, self-confidence, and an energetic work approach
  • Demonstrate maturity, diligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure, while also showcasing a proactive, positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong team leadership skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
